SHOPPING CONDITIONS.

• Our company guarantees perfect conditions of its products.
• VAT is included in the price. Once the order is placed, FEHERGA provides confirmation to the customer whose delivery will then be done in the established dates. The products are originals, from factory (except the packs that  makes. Algateckids isn't responsible for the possible photographic errors from the original products, which the brands allow us to show and to sell.
• Returns. Once the order is received at the customer's address, the customer will have legal time to return the product. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the product, the customer is required to contact  FEHERGA  by e-mail Arantxa@groupalgatec.com and then return the product in perfect condition including the original bill.
• Once the product is checked, FEHERGA will reimburse the customer within 15 days of receiving the product.
• SHIPPING AND SHIPPING PRICES. Our main goal is to satisfy our customers which is why we continuously increase our wide selection of products. Shipping generally takes 7 days, using mostly UPS/DPD/FEDEX  as our shipping company. The shipping dates are approximative and are calculated once the products leave our warehouse.
• SHIPPING PRICES. All the shipping is carriage paid, allowing FEHERGA to change this acting policy at any time. In this case, the USER would see the change reflected in the total amount of the shopping cart.

 

 

SELLER CONDITIONS.

 

Algateckids is an internationally accessible website with multiple domains. 

 

Sales made to the countries of the UEE include applicable taxes, therefore, the seller reserves the right to reject a purchase for the UEE countries which has been performed with an external IP (outside the UEE),  that therefore does not include taxes due.

 

Sales made for countries outside the UEE not include taxes, they must be liquidated in the office of destination. 

 

 

Algateckids sold at the registered office located in Europe. The act of buying and selling carried out in Europe, involves only the products European guarantee (2 years).
