The Britax Römer DUALFIX PRO car seat is a smart, safe and durable solution designed to accompany your child from birth to age 4. Approved under the R129 i-Size regulation, it is designed to meet all the safety, comfort and ease-of-use needs of modern families.

From the very first days of life, your baby can travel in the rearward-facing position, considered the safest option, from 40 cm up to 105 cm or 19 kg. From 76 cm and 15 months of age, it can also be used forward-facing, although we recommend keeping the child rear-facing for as long as possible to ensure maximum protection.

The 360-degree rotation system allows the seat to be turned in any direction with ease. This design not only makes it easier to place and remove the child from the car but also allows you to recline the seat in multiple positions without compromising safety or comfort.

The included newborn insert offers exceptional protection and comfort. It features viscoelastic foam in the head area that absorbs energy in the event of an impact and supports an ergonomic position during the early months. This insert must be used until the baby reaches 60 cm in height.

Side impact protection is guaranteed thanks to the integrated SICT inside system, which effectively reduces the forces in a side collision. The soft and padded sides act as an additional barrier, surrounding the child in a protective shell.

The V-shaped headrest is designed to control head movement during an accident while offering great comfort. It adjusts in height with one hand along with the harness, adapting easily and precisely to the child's growth. This ensures the safest and most comfortable configuration at every stage.

The DUALFIX PRO features a recline system with 6 positions in both directions, making it easy to adapt to any car seat and to the child's resting needs during long or short journeys. The new anti-rebound bar has been redesigned to take up less space, providing more legroom, which is especially useful for older children and long trips.

Installation is easy using the new generation independent isofix connectors and the adjustable support leg, ensuring a firm and safe attachment in the car. Visual indicators confirm correct installation, giving parents peace of mind.

The 5-point safety harness distributes impact forces evenly across the shoulders, hips and crotch area, ensuring maximum protection. The soft padded chest pads add comfort and reduce child movement in the event of sudden braking or a collision. These pads are removable for washing, as is the seat cover, which comes off easily without having to detach the harness and is machine washable with cold water.

The seat upholstery is part of the Lux Collection and is made with marine wool, also known as Seawool. This innovative fiber combines oyster shells and recycled PET bottles to create a soft, thermoregulating, odor-resistant and skin-friendly fabric. It ensures thermal comfort year-round, being warm in winter and cool in summer, which is especially important for babies' delicate skin.

The seat weighs 13.7 kg and measures 48 to 60 cm in height, 44 cm in width and 74 cm in depth. Thanks to its i-Size approval, it is compatible with vehicles that have i-Size seats. In other cases, compatibility can be checked through the approved car list or Britax Römer's Fit Finder system.
