What is the XP-PAD from Britax Römer?  

The XP-PAD is a safety technology that, in the event of an accident, reduces the forward motion of the head by up to 30%, preventing your child's chin from hitting their chest. Additionally, the XP-PAD adds a comfortable padded edge to prevent the seatbelt from cutting into your child's delicate skin.

What is SICT (Side Impact Cushion Technology)?  

Side Impact Cushion Technology (SICT) reduces the force of an impact by up to 40% and directs the forces away from the child. Simply place the SICT on the side of the car seat, and your child will be safe.

Installation with seatbelt and ISOFIX anchorage: This car seat should be installed using the vehicle's three-point seatbelt, as well as the car's ISOFIX anchorage points. This way, a firm and secure connection is established between the car seat and the vehicle, even when the child is not sitting in it. The Kidfix PRO features integrated ISOFIX connectors that allow you to attach the car seat to your vehicle's ISOFIX anchorage points. The ISOFIX installation system offers optimal performance in the event of an accident when your child is secured with the vehicle's three-point seatbelt and ensures that the seat remains firmly anchored to the vehicle at all times, even when your child is not using it.

This car seat can also be installed with the vehicle's three-point seatbelt. This option is useful if you need to move the car seat between different vehicles that may not have ISOFIX anchorage points.
