RECARO XENON 1 is one car seat for several growth stages between 40 and 125 cm. It is designed to accompany your child from newborn to approximately 7 years, with R129 i-Size approval and engineering that combines real safety, ergonomics and everyday ease of use. The 360° rotating base turns every entry and exit from the car into a simple movement.
Safety is present in every detail. The trapezoidal structure with side-impact absorption creates a protective zone around the head and shoulders. The self-standing harness and crotch pad help achieve quick and correct fastening. An integrated lock system prevents moving to forward-facing before 15 months.
For daily comfort, active ventilation with openings distributed across the shell and breathable OEKO-TEX fabrics help maintain airflow in warm climates. Soft machine-washable padding and the wide rear-facing recline of up to 165° help your baby rest with the spine properly aligned.
Installation and compatibility
Installation with ISOFIX and support leg in the rear-facing position from 40 to 105 cm. Forward-facing from 76 to 125 cm with ISOFIX and, depending on the stage, with vehicle belt and/or support leg. Compatible with i-Size vehicle seats. We recommend checking the vehicle manual if there is a storage compartment in the floor. From 100 cm, use without the support leg with ISOFIX and vehicle belt is possible, provided the child is over 15 months old.
1) Connect ISOFIX
Ensure a firm connection and check that there is no movement. Stability is the foundation of correct installation.
2) Adjust the support leg rear-facing
Adjust the leg until it rests firmly on the vehicle floor. If the vehicle has a floor storage compartment, check the manual.
3) Adjust harness and recline
The harness should be at the correct shoulder height, untwisted and without slack. Choose the recline for comfort and posture.
4) Keep rear-facing as long as possible
As a reference, keep rear-facing up to 105 cm. Change to forward-facing only when appropriate according to the stage and manufacturer guidance.
